About us 

This awareness campaign was initiated by the Central Bank of Kuwait and the Kuwait Banking Association to highlight customer rights and banking awareness while dealing with banks.

In this campaign, we will address several related topics, such as the process of borrowing and bank cards, in addition to awareness of the rights of people with special needs in the banking sector, security and cyber advice, and even clarifying the mechanisms for submitting complaints and customer rights with knowledge of the banking sector's tasks and roles in stimulating and developing the economy.

Our goal is to make everyone aware of financial and banking transactions.
